Ashlea and Tyson had a stunning day for a ceremony at Byron View Farm.
The Couple:
From Brisbane, Queensland, Ashlea and Tyson fell in love with Byron Bay and wanted to get married here. Tyson is a plumber by trade, and Ashlea a Primary School teacher.
The Ceremony at Byron View Farm:
Friends and family arrived by bus to the location. One of my favourite photos of a bridal party of all time is the one you can see in the gallery here of Ashlea and her bridesmaids popping a champagne cork over the farm fence!
It was a touching moment when Ashlea was escorted down the aisle by her mum and dad. A civil ceremony has so much flexibility- you can choose however you want to enter. It’s not just the option of being escorted down the aisle by the father of the bride. Awaiting her arrival was her devoted Tyson, who was visibly overwhelmed with emotion when he saw his beautiful bride making her way toward him. A few of the guests and indeed the bridesmaids may have also had misty eyes.
Bridesmaids were dressed in gorgeous pale pink gowns. the bride wore a stunning strapless gown. And just look at that divinely cute flower girl!
A few clouds here and there did nothing to dampen the happiness of the day for this couple. In fact, being slightly overcast will make for some spectacular photos, as is evidenced here by daisyandtheduke photography.
The Byron View Farm overlooks Byron Bay hinterland, all the way to the ocean. They stood under a beautifully decorated timber arbour as family and friends looked on. Vows were exchanged, as were the wedding rings, as Ashlea and Tyson made their public commitment to each other in front of the people that meant the most to them in the world. Thank you Ashlea and Tyson, for allowing me to be a part of your special day!
