Jen and Elise chose to elope in Byron Bay!
Jen & Elise had initially planned their wedding based around several days of festivities involving all of their family and friends. Covid saw their plans postponed, and they opted for a lovely, intimate elopement with just 2 friends as their witnesses. They were married on Broken Head beach with the Byron Bay lighthouse just to our north, the gorgeous red rocks of Broken Head to our south, and the sound of the wind and the waves in the background.
Jen and Elise dote on their four legged fur baby. But, he sadly couldn’t join them on this happiest of days. So as a surprise, I printed out a photo of him, glued the pic to a piece of cardboard, and popped him in the middle of the arbour in the sand 🙂
So many couples are choosing to elope in Byron Bay, or to have a microwedding here. Because let’s face it, where else can you get beaches like this with rainforests and national parks and glorious options for accommodation everywhere?!
