Kim and Rob were married in a gorgeous Byron Bay wedding at the beachfront venue of the Surf Club.
The Couple
Kim works in the Airline Industry, whilst Robert is a Company Director. They met in what Rob described as a ‘serendipitous moment’ in time and felt an immediate connection. Kim’s daughter, an important part of their family unit, was radiant as the Maid of Honour, She was thrilled to see mum and Rob tie the knot.
The Ceremony
It was a very special moment not only for Robert, but everyone present, when his elderly mother got to walk him down the aisle prior to the bride’s arrival. Not a dry eye in the house at this Byron Bay wedding! Kim was escorted down by her two mums, who each play such an important part in her life. Byron Strings played the wedding march… as the couple didn’t take their eyes off each other in the happiness and joy of the moment.
Thankfully, the wind gusts of the previous few days died down for the duration of the ceremony which was another serendipitous moment! As the sun set and the couple said their vows, the emotion of loving friends and family was evident. This special vibe was made even more memorable when Kim accidentally said ‘to be my lawfully wedded wife’ to Rob! That was easily corrected and they shared their first kiss as a married couple, to much applause and celebration.
The wonderful Raegan Glazner, photographer, captured each moment perfectly, creating lasting memories for this wonderful couple.
